The National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade<\/b> on April 13 is the culmination of the planned events. Rain or shine, this popular parade makes its way down Constitution Avenue with vibrant costumes and blossom-inspired d\u00e9cor, colorful helium balloons, elaborate floats, marching bands from across the country, and exciting street performers.<\/p>\n
